Now in the final three weeks of increasing mileage in my training program, I'm building up to a pre-marathon long distance of 20 miles. So for the next three Saturday mornings, I'll be out there pushing 18, then 15, and then 20 miles. That's a long time to be on the go, and you can help me. Come out for part of a run - or ride along at a leisurely pace while I run.
I'll start at my house at 7:00 each Saturday morning, running down to Forbidden Drive in the Wissahickon, and then either stay on Forbidden Drive or head down the paved paths along Kelly and MLK drives.
